Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@vivante.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vivante.com.
